Applicant must have at least 2 years of Warden Experience. Must have strong communication skills and ensure proper upkeep and running of the Hostel.

Food and Accommodation will be provided.

Ensure the safety, well-being, and smooth functioning of a women's hostel facility.
- Responsible for allotment of rooms to the staff.
- Responsible for maintenance of the hostel.
- Keeps strict discipline among staff of the hostel.
- Reports to the management in case of any indiscipline or misbehavior by the staff.
- Investigates the grievances/complaints of the staff if found genuine.
- Responsible for maintaining discipline, overseeing day-to-day operations.
- Looks after the quality of food served in the hostel.
- Coordinate with security personnel to maintain a secure environment.
- Manage hostel admissions, including the allocation of rooms and maintenance of occupancy records.
- Maintain accurate records of staff information, including contact details, emergency contacts.
- Oversee hostel facilities and ensure they are well-maintained.
- Coordinate with housekeeping staff to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are met.
- Educate staff about hostel policies and procedures.
- Address any violations of rules promptly and implement appropriate disciplinary actions as necessary.
- To perform any other responsibility assigned by the management.

**Qualification & Skills**:

- Any Degree (relevant experience preferred).
- Previous experience in hostel management or a related field is advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹290,671.90 - ₹354,237.78 per year
