**Experience**:

- 3-4 years in:

- Laser Programming (Radan / similar)
- Costing & estimation for fabrication jobs
- Hands-on experience in AutoCAD drawing

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and optimize CNC laser cutting programs for high efficiency.
- Read fabrication drawings and prepare cost estimates.
- Plan and optimize nesting for best material utilization.
- Work closely with production & sales to ensure smooth job execution.

Skills Required:

- Proficiency in AutoCAD
- Strong understanding of sheet metal fabrication processes.
- knowledge of costing and estimation
