**Responsibilities**:
- Oversee the tender process on the GeM portal & E-Tender, ensuring compliance with all requirements.
- Analyze tender documents and prepare submissions.
- Submit tenders on time and monitor their progress.
- To coordinate, prepare and compile bid submission documents in relation to tendering/bidding activities, tender questionnaires and pre-qualifications;
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of tender activities.
- Keep abreast of updates and changes on the GeM portal.
- To monitor and ensure that tender submission due dates are strictly adhered to, including the checking, binding, packing and preparation of outgoing submissions;
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- At least 2 years of experience with tenders, specifically on the GeM portal & E-Tender.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and e-procurement platforms.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
