**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Source and evaluate suppliers based on quality, price, and delivery time.
- Raise and process purchase orders as per company policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.
- Coordinate with internal departments to determine purchasing needs and specifications.
- Monitor inventory levels and reorder stock as needed.
- Negotiate with suppliers and vendors.
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Resolve issues related to delivery delays, quality concerns, or invoice discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant laws and regulations.
- Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses and supplier performance reviews.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Qualification-Diploma Mechanical/BE Mechanical.
- Experience-1 to 2 Year in Manufacturing industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Good understanding of supply chain procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Office and purchasing software (e.g.Tally).
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
