- In this role, you will be responsible for Resource should have worked in Insurance vertical with Claims operations from FNOL set up to Payments issuance functions_
- Responsibilities_
- _End to end knowledge of claim lifecycle and P&C products_
- _Experience of handling new transitions, phasing from strategic assessment till operations set up with zero surprise delivery_
- _Ability to build positive collaborations across business and technical communities_
- _Participates on operational improvement initiatives for business divisions_
- _Develop contingency strategies and plans for staffing changes_
- Qualifications we seek in you_
- Minimum qualifications_
- _Graduate from a recognized university_
- _Excellent P&C Insurance knowledgeShould have experience and understanding of processes related to Claim Lifecycle_
- _Excellent analytical skills._
- Preferred qualifications_
- _Good to have London market or Broker experience_
- _Ability to multi task and prioritize activities_
- _Ability to work independently_
- _Transition and operations set up experience_
- _Experience of front ending with customer_
