We are looking for an Accounts Executive plays a pivotal role in data entry, record-keeping, and accounting assistance within the organization. They should ensure accurate entry of financial data, maintain organized records, and assist in various accounting tasks.

**Responsibilities**:

- Enter financial data accurately into accounting software or spreadsheets.
- Maintain organized records of financial transactions, invoices, and receipts.
- Prepare and verify financial documents such as invoices, purchase orders, and bills.
- Reconcile bank statements with internal records to ensure accuracy.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, anomalies, or areas for improvement.
- Correspond with vendors and customers regarding invoices, payments, and account reconciliations.
- Support internal and external audits as required.
- Maintain and update the MIS database with accurate information.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally) and spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Excel).
- Knowledge of TDS, GST, and Tally.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
