**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assign leads to Sales Managers in a **round-robin format** to ensure fair distribution.
- **Manage and update CRM** with accurate client and lead details.
- **Greet and assist visiting clients** at the site, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience.
- **Capture client information** and update records in the CRM system.
- **Coordinate with sales and marketing teams** to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain a structured **follow-up system** for client interactions.
- Handle administrative and operational tasks related to site management.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience in real estate** operations or sales coordination is an advantage.
- Strong **organizational skills** and the ability to multitask.
- Excellent **communication and interpersonal skills**.
- Ability to work in a **fast-paced and dynamic environment**.
- Proficiency in **CRM software** and Microsoft Office.
- A **strong mentality and problem-solving attitude**.

**Work Location**:

- Ponmar (Till Mid-March 2025)
- Padappai (From Mid-March 2025)
