**Job Postion: Counter Staff**
**Salary**: ₹9,000 to ₹12,000 per month

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.
- Take customer orders and accurately enter them into the system.
- Assist in serving bakery items, beverages, and other products to customers.
- Ensure that the counter area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Maintain product displays and replenish stock as needed.
- Handle cash transactions and provide accurate change.
- Provide information about the menu and promote special items or offers.
- Assist in the preparation of orders as needed, following hygiene and food safety standards.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation during busy hours.
- Address customer complaints or queries politely and promptly.
- Follow company policies and procedures, including those related to health and safety.

**Requirements**:

- Freshers are welcome to apply; no prior experience is required.
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Punctuality and reliability are essential.
- Basic knowledge of hygiene and food safety standards.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
