Managing the event from beginning to end, including planning before the event, coordinating with event staff during the event, and arranging for cleanup after the event
- Coordinating with the catering staff to ensure that food is delivered on time, setup is completed according to the client’s specifications, and breakage rates are kept low
- Managing all aspects of the event including guest services, entertainment, decor, food, beverage, and security
- Estimating costs and making adjustments as necessary to stay within budget guidelines
- Ensuring that all food meets health department requirements and is served in a clean manner by trained staff members
- Coordinating with the venue manager to ensure that the event is held smoothly
- Monitoring the event to ensure that it runs smoothly and according to schedule
- Ensuring that all event staff are trained in their responsibilities and familiar with the venue layout and protocol

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: ₹12,141.37 - ₹25,000.00 per month
