**Key Responsibilities**
- Inspect incoming raw materials, in-process items, and finished products according to specified quality standards.
- Use precision measuring tools such as **Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, and Height Gauges** to verify product dimensions and tolerances.
- Perform first article inspections (FAI), in-process inspections, and final inspections as per production requirements.
- Document and report non-conformities, deviations, and quality issues to the QA manager.
- Maintain inspection records, logs, and reports accurately.
- Work closely with the production team to ensure quality is maintained at every step of the manufacturing process.
- Verify products against engineering drawings, specifications, and standards.
- Assist in root cause analysis and implementation of corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
- Participate in continuous improvement and 5S activities.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- Diploma / ITI / Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in quality inspection within the **sheet metal industry**.
- Strong knowledge of sheet metal components, fabrication processes, and metal properties.
- Proficient in using measuring instruments**:Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge**, etc.
- Understanding of engineering drawings, GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing), and quality standards.
- Familiarity with quality tools like 7QC tools, Pareto analysis, and control charts is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
- Good communication skills and attention to detail.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Knowledge of welding inspections, surface finishing, and assembly checks.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
