We are looking for someone who relishes the opportunity to interact with colleagues across the globe and at all levels of the business, from our Executive Committee to our summer interns

**Responsibilities and Impact**:

- Assist in organizing and coordinating onboarding and training programs, workshops, and learning events. Support the preparation of training materials and resources.
- Provide data for audit requests
- Supporting fulfilment of Client Due Diligence requests and maintaining a library of responses.
- Explore the use of AI tools to enhance processes.

**What We’re Looking For**:
**Basic Required Qualifications**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Human Resources, Education, Psychology or a related field.
- Strong interest in employee development, organizational behaviour, or corporate training
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.

**Additional Preferred Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a training or educational environment is a plus.
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms and tools, including learning management systems.
- Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, projects, resources and deadlines in a rapidly changing environment
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
- Attention to detail and accuracy
