We are seeking an exceptional FEMALE Retail Sales Manager to lead our flagship store and drive sales growth while upholding the highest standards of customer service and brand representation.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, or related field.

Proven track record of successful retail management experience, preferably within the luxury goods sector.

Exceptional leadership and management skills with a demonstrated ability to inspire, motivate, and empower team members to achieve their full potential.

Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret sales data, identify trends, and develop actionable strategies to drive business results.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport, establish trust, and foster positive relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.

This is a full-time position based at our Retail store situated in Ghitorni, New Delhi.

Competitive salary commensurate with experience of 8-12years, plus performance-based incentives and benefits package.

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month

Schedule:
