Key Responsibility: Drive Sales, Productivity, Cross Sell and Growth. Team handling experience preferred.

Lead a team of 15+ strong sales team who will be engaged in selling Credit Cards. Tele-Sales channel management.

Define and execute recruitment and training for entire sales team regularly. Would be efficient in Hiring Telecallers, Sales Executive, Team Leaders.

Improve existing processes to enhance productivity and overall performance of the team.

Closely monitor Productivity. Take corrective actions to keep productivity as per the budgets.

Ensure compliance to regulatory and internal credit and risk policy.

Managing Productivity & Query handling.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
