**Role Overview**:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Research and Documentation Specialist to support our team in creating high-quality, authentic, and engaging content. The role requires a strong ability to conduct thorough research, organize information, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Research and Data Collection**:

- Conduct in-depth research on assigned topics to gather relevant data.
- Verify the accuracy and authenticity of all collected information.
- **Documentation and Cataloguing**:

- Maintain organized records of research findings.
- Create a detailed catalog of references and resources for future use.
- **Historical Context and Authenticity**:

- Provide historical insights and ensure factual accuracy in all content.
- Fact-check details to maintain credibility and authenticity.
- **Content Creation**:

- Develop compelling and well-structured content based on research findings.
- Assist in creating materials that align with project objectives and themes.
- **Collaboration and Communication**:

- Work closely with the creative team to align research with visual and narrative goals.
- Effectively communicate ideas and findings to relevant stakeholders.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Excellent organizational and documentation abilities.
- Proficiency in content creation and writing.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Interest in history, culture, or thematic research is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
