Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Graphic Design: Create high-quality graphics for digital and print media, including social media posts, advertisements, brochures, and other marketing materials.

Video Editing: Edit and produce engaging video content using Adobe Animation and other video editing tools to enhance our visual storytelling.

Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs adhere to company branding guidelines and maintain a consistent look and feel across all platforms.

Collaborative Projects: Work closely with the marketing, content, and product teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.

Tool Proficiency: Utilize design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects), and other relevant software to produce high-quality designs.

Innovation: Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve and innovate our design processes.

Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects), and other relevant design tools.

Creativity: Strong creative skills and a keen eye for aesthetics and details.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with various departments.

Time Management: Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in designing for digital marketing campaigns.

Knowledge of UX/UI principles and web design.

Familiarity with motion graphics and animation.
