**Job Description: Digital Marketing**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns to promote IT solutions, services, and products.
- Manage and grow social media presence across platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.) with content tailored to B2B tech audiences.
- Create, publish, and manage engaging content including blog posts, infographics, videos, and case studies relevant to IT and tech audiences.
- Run and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms focused on lead generation and awareness.
- Collaborate with product and technical teams to translate complex tech topics into customer-friendly marketing content.
- Track KPIs such as website traffic, campaign ROI, conversion rates, and social engagement using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar.
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices across web content and blogs.
- Support webinar promotions, product launches, and virtual tech events.
- Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to identify opportunities for growth.
- Maintain and update the company website (WordPress or similar CMS).

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in digital marketing within the IT, SaaS, or technology industry.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media marketing.
- Experience using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs).
- Ability to write and edit content for a technical B2B audience.
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Mailchimp).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of IT services, software, cloud, cybersecurity, or other relevant tech domains.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Knowledge of UI/UX and basic HTML/CSS.
- Experience with video marketing or webinar tools (e.g., Zoom, Demio).
- Graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Certification in Google Ads, HubSpot, or similar platforms.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
