**Job Title**: Customer Success Associate (German)

**Location**: Jaipur (Work From Office)

**Salary**: Up to 12 LPA

**Experience**: Experienced in customer support in the German language

**No. of Positions**: 40 Agents

## **Job Overview**:
## **Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle customer queries efficiently in **German and English**.
- Provide top-notch customer service and resolve customer issues effectively.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain a high service level.
- Collaborate with internal teams for customer support solutions.
- Work in rotational shifts as per business requirements.

## **Requirements**:

- **Language Proficiency**: B2.2 or C1 certified in **German** (Graduates or Undergraduates both eligible).
- **Experience**: Prior experience in customer support handling German-speaking clients.
- **Skills**: Excellent communication skills in **English and German**.
- **Work Schedule**: 5.5 days working, rotational week off.
- **Shift**: Rotational shifts with both-way cab facility.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
