**Job Summary**:
Arena Animation Kanpur is hiring a **Marketing Executive** to lead outreach and branding efforts through school/college seminars, events, and local promotions. If you're passionate about student engagement and creative marketing, join our team

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and execute local marketing campaigns to drive student admissions
- Conduct seminars, workshops, and career sessions in schools and colleges
- Build strong relationships with principals, faculty, and TPOs for college connect programs
- Organize student events, competitions, and exhibitions to boost visibility
- Coordinate with counsellors to ensure proper follow-up of leads
- Report on campaign performance and lead conversion regularly

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Confidence to speak in front of students and educators
- Ability to build and maintain institutional relationships
- Basic understanding of marketing strategies (offline preferred)
- Willing to travel locally for events and meetings
- Graduate in Marketing / Business / Mass Comm preferred
