Office Coordinator

I. Overseeing inventory and stock control.
II. Managing orders, deliveries, and restocking as necessary.
III. Coordinating with suppliers for timely procurement.
IV. Ensuring proper storage conditions and tracking stock levels.
V. Maintaining store records and logs for incoming and outgoing inventory.
VI. Assisting in maintaining financial records and bookkeeping.
VII. Managing basic transactions like billing, invoicing, and payments.
VIII. Assisting with monthly financial reporting.
IX. Managing petty cash and reconciliation of accounts.
X. Managing office supplies and coordinating with vendors.
XI. Managing front desk activities, including mail, couriers, and office supplies
XII. Ensuring smooth communication and workflow within the office
This profile would require strong organizational skills, communication abilities, and basic knowledge of accounting and inventory management.
Computer knowledge and proficiency in MS word, excel is mandatory.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month
