Job Summary
Looking for a skilled Office Coordinator to undertake day-to-day office activity and its tasks. As a Coordinator, you are responsible for helping oversee the successful completion of projects and events. You need to perform general administrative tasks, creates processes that drive effectiveness, guides and motivates personnel, and coordinates communication between departments.
Qualifications should be good at: -
ï‚· Any Graduate (Preferably Female) with 1.5 year experienced.
ï‚· An organized and competent professional with phenomenal communication skills.
ï‚· Comfortable dealing with people and able to carry out administrative duties with accuracy and speed.
ï‚· Comfortable to dealing with projects and events
Responsibilities and Duties
ï‚· Schedule and document appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements. Index, code, sort, file, retrieve and maintain office/corporation documents, records, and reports.
ï‚· Organize and coordinate between team, vendor & stakeholders, take follow up.
ï‚· Performing basic administrative duties (redirecting calls, disseminating correspondence, scheduling meetings etc).
ï‚· Comfortable dealing with people & vendor and able to carry out administrative duties with accuracy and speed.
ï‚· Follow office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency
ï‚· Assist stakeholders when they arrive at the office, in seminars or in conference.
ï‚· Assists with organizing events when necessary.
ï‚· Negotiate with vendors to achieve the most favourable terms.

ï‚· This is a full time Paid In-office Job.
Right Candidate should be quick thinker and action oriented; willing to take decisions and act upon them; honest and sincere to live up to his own mistakes. Right Candidate will be absorbed into full time job if he has the relevant skills and interest areas.
