**Job Description-**
- Develop and implement strategies for the banking, credit rating, and investor relations functions of the organization
- Manage relationships with banks, credit rating agencies, and investors to ensure smooth operation of the organization's financial activities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the capital markets for improvement in investor perception about the company and increase in market capitalisation
- Manage the budget for the banking, credit rating, and investor relations functions of the organization
- Work closely with management and banks to reduce the cost of borrowing and access to more banking facilities
- Work closely with management and credit rating agencies for rating process and rating improvement
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting to senior management and the board of directors
