About the Role

We are looking for a GM - Finance to build, lead, and mentor the finance function at KNY Projects, ensuring structured financial operations, compliance, and capital management. This role involves strategic financial planning, risk management, and team development to support our growing portfolio of large-scale EPC projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize cash flow, budgeting, and cost control.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing finance team, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Manage relationships with banks, investors, and financial institutions for project financing.
  • Oversee financial reporting, tax planning, audits, and regulatory compliance.
  • Implement and manage ERP-based financial systems (SAP, Zoho Finance, or Tally).
  • Collaborate with executive management, procurement, and project teams for financial planning.

Requirements

  • Masters degree (MBA in Finance, CA, or CMA is mandatory).
  • Minimum 15+ years of finance leadership experience, preferably in EPC, Construction, or Infrastructure.
  • Proven expertise in debt structuring, project financing, and end-to-end FP&A in context to construction and engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian taxation, regulatory compliance, and cost control strategies.
  • Experience in implementing financial controls, risk assessment, and investment strategies.
