**Profile:

- **

1) Preparation and checking of monthly GST working consisting of Gross Liability, ITC availement, utilization, reversal etc. Filing of returns on due dates i.e.; monthly, quarterly, annually

2) GST TDS Working and their return filing-Reconciliation with books of account and their clarification for difference if any.

3) Finalization of Purchase Register and their reconciliation with GLS & Trial Balance.

4) Debtors GLS reconciliation

5) 180 days reversal working and their re-availement--Interest working and their subsequent availment reco.

6) Job Work working and their compliances. Return for Job Work - ITC 04-Job Work return is to be filed by the principal sending the materials to job worker

7) Advance GLs reconciliation and their GST impact.

8) Reconciliation of ITC with the GSTR-2A/2B and finalization of ITC availment during the period with the background of recent changes under GST.

9) Follow ups with the Vendors as well as site for the Vendors not filled their GST return and vice a versa.

10) Maintain back up and updation of records in the monthly working, return workings, payment challans, ITC utilization, RCM liability and justification of interest/penalty paid if any

11) Generation of e way bills and e-invoice through SAP and directly from portal.

12) All other Compliances required under Indirect Taxation.

13) Matching of liability, ITC and payments as per books and GST returns.

14) Compilation of information, documents, records etc systematically for the purpose of audits, assessments ,appeals or any other tax proceedings.

15) Coordination with other team members for any relevant work and support them to resolve the tax related queries..

17) Any other work shared by HOD.

18) Working knowledge of SAP and ASP/GSP software.

19) Expenses GL scrutiny-For GST leviable perspective-recoveries-etc & RCM liability perspective.

20) Scrutiny of Asset Register with GST perspective

21) BOE details on portal for ITC availment and cross charges if needed. -Custom GL reco.

22) Any other deemed supply under Schedule-I. Intercompany transaction

23)Compliance to Internal Audit Report

24)Self-Invoice and payment vouchers for URD transactions & RCM transactions

25)-Visit to sites/GST department in states for Assessments/submission of reply etc.

26) Good exposure in classification of goods -HSN and GST rates

27 ) Determine time of supply etc.

28) ISD working
