**Work Experience**:2 to 6 years

**Requirements**:

- Startup Experience required, preferable Agritech experience.

As a part of the Founder's office you will contribute extensively in the strategic planning of key business verticals to ensure the execution of the set targets and KPIs.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Working closely with the Founders on overall growth strategy of the company.

2. Hands-on exposure to cross-company functions: demand, supply, ops, HR, Finance, Tech & Product etc

3. Healthy Blend of Strategy and Execution requiring strong action bias.

4. Leading & driving multiple projects with cross-team stakeholder management & reporting Illustrative Growth

5. Assist the founder in in identifying key business opportunities and planning their execution

6. Work closely with various teams driving their KPIs

7. Manage Investor and advisor relations

8. Come up with solutions to key business problems and process improvement

9. Research on market size, business opportunities and industries to build depth in day to day communications

10. Drive weekly/monthly update meetings with the founder and vertical leads

**Projects You May Find Yourself Leading**:
Pick projects and get things executed, Managing NPS, Customer Journey, Interact with all departments and stakeholders

**Qualifications & Experience**:
1. MBA/Bachelor's Degree from Tier-1 College

2. Prior Experience in management consulting will be preferred

3. Analytical and Data Oriented

2. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage stakeholders across different teams

3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
