We are looking for a Telecaller to join our company. We are looking for an energetic caller with excellent communication skills who can call clients, follow up and maintain an Excel sheet with all the records of daily activities.

1. Working on cold calling and offering our services
2. Answering phones and explaining the product and services offered by the company
3. Contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers using scripts
4. Obtaining customer information and other relevant data
5. Asking questions to the customer and understanding their specifications
6. Resolving queries and issues related to the products and services

**Skill(s) required**
English Proficiency (Spoken), English Proficiency (Written), Hindi Proficiency (Spoken), Hindi Proficiency (Written), Marathi Proficiency (Spoken), Marathi Proficiency (Written).

**Salary**: ₹3,000.00 - ₹5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
