**Job Type**:Full Time**Job Location**:Remote OpportunityWe are looking for a Client Solutions Architect (CSA) who will serve as a technical advisor and strategic partner, ensuring the successful alignment of web development projects with business objectives and client needs. You will work closely with the Client Account Managers and Director of Operations to oversee the technical aspects of complex projects, providing leadership, assessing feasibility, managing risks, and enhancing workflows. This role requires expertise in PHP, WordPress, Shopify, and BigCommerce, along with the ability to drive innovation and operational efficiency in web design and development.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide strategic guidance on complex web projects, ensuring technical solutions meet client and business needs using technologies like PHP, WordPress, Shopify, and BigCommerce
- Assess project scopes for technical feasibility, identifying risks and proposing solutions for timely project execution
- Ensure technical implementations are aligned with company goals, emphasizing scalability, efficiency, and profitability in web design and development services
- Recommend and implement best practices to enhance technical workflows, especially in requirement gathering, documentation (SOWs, SRS), and development cycles
- Identify and mitigate technical risks during project planning and execution, including potential bottlenecks, technology constraints, and resource limitations
- Assist in adopting new web technologies and frameworks to enhance service offerings, ensuring competitive, innovative client solutions
- Foster alignment between development teams, project managers, and operational teams to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction
- Provide technical expertise during client meetings, helping translate client needs into feasible, scalable solutions
- Support the team in scaling technical capabilities to meet growing client demands and integrating emerging technologies into business operations
- Ensure thorough technical documentation is maintained and provide regular updates on project progress and technical issues to leadership

**Desired Skills**:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Solutions Architect or in a similar technical leadership role, with a focus on web development
- Proficiency in PHP, WordPress, Shopify, BigCommerce, and related web development frameworks and technologies
- Solid experience in technical project management, including managing complex, client-facing projects from conception to delivery
- Strong understanding of web architecture, server-side programming, and front-end frameworks
- Proven ability to assess technical feasibility and address challenges in web development
- Experience in process improvement, workflow optimization, and managing technical documentation
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially in coordinating between development teams and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with API integration, e-commerce platforms, and large-scale website deployments
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.) and DevOps practices is a plus
