Role & responsibilities Key Responsibilities:
SALES AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
- Visit pet shops, grooming salons, veterinary clinics, and other pet-related businesses to sell our grooming products.
- Introduce new products to potential clients and demonstrate the benefits and features of each.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase sales and market share in your assigned territory.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, ensuring repeat business and high customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular follow-up visits and phone calls with existing and potential clients to increase sales opportunities.
- ensure agreed standards of stock pressure, stock display and presentation for all BONES 'N' PAWS products at all outlets.

CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing customers, ensuring they are satisfied with products and services.
- Provide on-site product demonstrations and training to grooming salons, pet shops, and veterinarians.
- Resolve any customer complaints or issues promptly and effectively.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to inform product development and service improvements.

SALES REPORTING & ADMINISTRATION
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and performance metrics.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer visits, and feedback in CRM systems.
- Prepare regular sales reports, detailing sales activities, forecasts, and market insights.
- Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and market trends.
- MARKET RESEARCH & COMPETITOR ANALYSIS
- Monitor and report on competitor products, pricing, and promotional activities.
- Provide insights to the management team on market trends and customer needs.
- Identify new opportunities for business growth within your assigned territory.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Experience:

- Proven track record in field sales, preferably within the pet industry, grooming products, or a related field.
- Experience in B2B sales, especially in visiting and building relationships with pet shops, grooming salons, or veterinary clinics.
- Skills:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelors degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Other Requirements:

- Must have a valid drivers license and own a reliable vehicle for travel within the assigned territory.
- Ability to travel frequently within the region.
- Knowledge or passion for pets, pet grooming, and the pet care industry is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,129.70 - ₹28,486.89 per month
