**Job Title: Sales Executive / Senior Inside Sales Associate**

**CTC**: Up to 3.5 LPA + Incentives

Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct video calls with potential students to introduce our products and services, effectively closing sales leads.
- Present product features and benefits persuasively during video calls, maintaining a professional appearance in accordance with our dress code policy.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales quotas through strategic engagement with clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their queries and concerns through video interactions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective video sales strategies and achieve sales targets.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitors’ offerings to provide valuable insights to clients during interactions.
- Continuously improve video sales techniques and strategies through self-improvement initiatives and training.
- Exhibit perseverance and determination, taking on challenges with a proactive mindset.
- Participate in the company's Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), making you a partner in the organization.

Minimum Requirements
- **Qualification**: Any Graduate
- **Skills**: Strong persuasive communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.

Work Schedule
- **Weekly Offs**:

- 1st & 3rd Weeks: Monday and Tuesday
- 2nd, 4th & 5th Weeks: Monday only (6 days working)
