Job Title: Sales and Marketing Specialist

**Responsibilities**:
1. Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue and achieve sales targets.

2. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and understand customer needs and preferences.

3. Create and implement marketing campaigns, both online and offline, to increase brand awareness and lead generation.

4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop promotional materials, presentations, and sales collateral.

5. Manage and nurture leads through the sales funnel, ensuring timely follow-ups and effective conversion.

6. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, prospects, and business partners.

7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments to optimize sales and marketing strategies.

8. Analyze sales and marketing data to identify areas for improvement and make data
- driven decisions.

9. Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly to stay ahead in the market.

10. Provide regular reports and insights on sales and marketing performance to management.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

2. Proven track record of successful sales and marketing experience in a similar role.

3. Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles and techniques.

4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

5. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.

6. Familiarity with the Indian market and consumer behavior is a plus.

7. Prior experience in the [specific industry or market segment] is preferred.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹29,287.29 per month
