**Job Title**: Chemist - Chemical Industry

**Salary**: INR 20,000 - 25,000 per month

## **Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct chemical experiments, analyses, and quality control tests to ensure product quality and compliance with industry standards.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of laboratory activities and findings.
- Ensure safety protocols and procedures are strictly followed in all laboratory and production areas.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize chemical processes as needed.
- Collaborate with production teams to address issues and improve product quality.
- Maintain and calibrate lab equipment to ensure accurate testing and analysis.
- Perform basic chemical synthesis and analysis using standard laboratory techniques.

## **Skills and Competencies**:

- Strong knowledge of chemical properties, safe handling procedures, and chemical reactions.
- Proficiency in using laboratory equipment and conducting tests with accuracy.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment.
- Familiarity with quality control standards in the chemical industry.

## **Qualifications**:

- Diploma in Chemical Studies (mandatory).
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in a chemical industry setting.
