**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Chemist with 1-2 years of experience to join our quality assurance team in the dairy industry. The Chemist will play a key role in ensuring the safety, quality, and compliance of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished dairy products by performing chemical, microbiological, and physical analyses.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Quality Testing**:

- Conduct routine chemical analysis of milk, cream, butter, cheese, yogurt, and other dairy products.
- Analyze raw materials and finished goods for parameters like fat content, protein, moisture, acidity, and shelf life.
- **Laboratory Operations**:

- Perform tests following standard operating procedures (SOPs) and international dairy industry guidelines (ISO, HACCP).
- Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure calibration is up-to-date.
- **Compliance and Documentation**:

- Prepare detailed reports of test results and maintain accurate documentation for audits.
- Ensure compliance with FSSAI, ISO, and other regulatory standards.
- **Research and Troubleshooting**:

- Investigate product non-conformance issues and assist in root cause analysis.
- Collaborate with production teams to recommend improvements in processes and product quality.
- **Safety and Hygiene**:

- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the laboratory.
- Follow all safety protocols and handle chemicals responsibly.

**Key Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Food Technology, or related field.
- **Experience**:

- 1-2 years of hands-on experience in quality control or laboratory analysis, preferably in the dairy or food industry.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficient in chemical testing techniques (e.g., titration, spectrophotometry, etc.).
- Familiarity with laboratory management software is a plus.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
