**Job Title**:Visiting Lecturer - Pharmaceutical Sales and Marketing

**Location**:Pune / Deccan Gymkhana Area

**Duration**: 3 months (Approx. 12-15 lectures) as per applicable modules

About Us:
LSCOPE is a new educational institution in Pune, based out of UK, offering programs in pharmaceutical sector related to Regulatory Affairs and Pharmacovigilance. We are starting a short-term course in sales and marketing related to the pharma sector and we need experts to teach. We therefore invite industry experts to share their expertise and enhance our students' learning experience.

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Deliver lectures on Pharmaceutical Sales and Marketing (approx. 2-3 hours/weekend)

2. Develop and share course material, including presentations, handouts, and assignments with the institute / students

3. Engage students through interactive discussions, real world case studies, and group activities

4. Assess student performance through quizzes, assignments, and project evaluations

5. Provide feedback and guidance to students on industry trends and career opportunities

6. Collaborate with colleagues in the industry to ensure curriculum alignment and industry relevance

7. Share industry experiences and best practices to enhance student learning

**Requirements**:
1. Minimum 10-15 years of experience in Pharmaceutical Sales and Marketing

2. Bachelor's/Master's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related fields

3. Proven teaching/training experience (desired)

4. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

5. Strong industry network and knowledge of current market trends

6. Ability to commit to the 3-month teaching assignment

**Desirable Qualifications**:
1. MBA or PGDM in Marketing/Pharmaceutical Management with/or B.Pharma or M.Pharma or B.Sc. (relevant experience needed in that case)

2. Certification in Sales and Marketing (e.g., CSMM, CPM)

3. Experience in product launches, brand management, or key account management

**Logistics**:
1. Lectures will be held at our Pune campus

2. Travel and accommodation (if required) will be reimbursed as per institutional policies

3. Honorarium will be paid as per institutional norms (approx. ₹1200 - ₹1500 per hour)
