**About the Role**

We’re looking for a results-driven **SEO & Digital Visibility Specialist** who can take complete ownership of our website’s search engine rankings, online reputation, analytics setup, and visibility across AI-based recommendation platforms. This role is ideal for someone who understands the intersection of **SEO, online trust-building, and digital compliance**, and can execute high-impact strategies to grow brand visibility.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute a full-spectrum **SEO strategy** (on-page, off-page, and technical SEO)
- Increase search rankings, improve **sitelinks**, and optimize for **Google AI overviews**, **Bing Chat**, and similar platforms
- Ensure our websites are properly listed and optimized on platforms like **Trustpilot**, **SiteJabber**, **Clutch**, **G2**, and other review sites
- Manage **Online Reputation**: handle Google Reviews, remove harmful content, and maintain positive branded search results
- Plan and publish **SEO-optimized blogs** and content pieces to improve visibility and authority
- Implement and manage **Google Analytics (GA4)**, **Google Tag Manager**, and other tracking tools for detailed funnel insights
- Use **heatmaps, session recordings, and user behavior analytics** (e.g., Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity) to optimize UX and content
- Ensure all tracking tools are **privacy-compliant** with GDPR, CCPA, etc.
- Collaborate with content writers, designers, and developers to execute growth strategies
- Perform technical SEO audits, fix crawl issues, and optimize for Core Web Vitals
- Monitor and report KPIs, traffic sources, conversions, and SEO progress monthly

**Required Skills**:

- Strong expertise in **SEO** across content, technical, and local
- Deep experience with **Google Analytics (GA4)**, **Search Console**, **Tag Manager**
- Comfortable setting up and managing listings on platforms like **Trustpilot, Clutch, G2, SiteJabber**, etc.
- Understanding of how to position brand pages to be featured in **AI-driven recommendation engines**
- Experience with **review generation**, **reputation clean-up**, and **brand trust building**
- Familiarity with **schema markup** and structured data optimization for AI visibility
- Use of tools like **Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Ubersuggest**
- Ability to write briefs and coordinate **blog content** creation
- Awareness of **data compliance** and cookie management platforms (CookieYes, Iubenda, etc.)
- Analytical reporting using **Looker Studio / Data Studio / Excel Dashboards**

**Bonus Skills**
- Experience managing **Google Business Profile** and local pack rankings
- Familiarity with **AI-powered SEO assistants** (Surfer SEO, Frase, etc.)
- Light HTML/CSS knowledge for hands-on fixes
- Experience creating **disavow files**, managing backlinks, and white-hat link building
- Understanding of how to optimize content for **voice search** and **chat-based AI platforms**

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
