**Job Title**: Accounting Executive

**Job Summary**:
The Accounting Executive is responsible for the day-to-day financial operations of the company. This includes tasks such as budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and auditing. The Accounting Executive must have a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, as well as experience in managing financial data. They must also be able to communicate effectively with both financial and non-financial stakeholders.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and auditing
- Develop and implement financial plans and budgets
- Forecast financial performance
- Prepare financial reports, including financial statements, tax returns, and internal reports
- Audit financial records
- Communicate financial information to stakeholders, including management, investors, and creditors
- Stay up-to-date on accounting regulations and best practices
- Provide leadership and direction to the accounting team
- Represent the company to external financial institutions and auditors

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field
- CPA certification
- 6 months to 1 years of experience in accounting
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
- Experience with financial software
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail
