EXPERIENCE - 5 YRS AND HANDLED TEAM

**ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

Handling a team of Nursing Attendars and caregivers

Conducting patient assessments and making case plan.

Revenue management, patient management, EMR and Assessment updates.

Work closely with quality and medical services team.

Be part of recruitment and training of team members.

Monitor services through re-assessments and customer connect.
