**Responsibilities**:
**Teaching and Instruction**:

- Teach Mathematics to students of classes 6 to 10, ensuring clarity in topics like Algebra, Geometry, Trigonometry, Arithmetic, Statistics, and other syllabus-prescribed concepts.
- Design and deliver engaging lesson plans tailored to meet the learning needs of students of varying abilities.
- Use innovative teaching methodologies, including practical demonstrations, digital tools, and real-world examples, to make learning interactive and effective.
- Prepare students for internal assessments, board exams (if applicable for class 10), and competitive exams.

**Assessment and Evaluation**:

- Develop, administer, and evaluate assignments, quizzes, tests, and project work to monitor students’ academic progress.
- Maintain detailed records of students’ performance and share progress reports with parents during parent-teacher meetings.
- Identify and address learning gaps in individual students and provide additional support when required.

**Classroom Management**:

- Establish a positive and disciplined classroom environment to encourage learning and focus.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively while promoting mutual respect and inclusivity.
- Encourage critical thinking, problem-solving, and active participation among students through group activities and interactive discussions.

**Administrative Duties**:

- Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and other administrative data.
- Collaborate with other teachers, coordinators, and school leadership to ensure curriculum goals are met.
- Participate in faculty meetings, workshops, and professional development sessions to enhance teaching skills.

**Curricular and Co-curricular Activities**:

- Organize and mentor students in Mathematics-related extracurricular activities, such as math clubs, Olympiads, quizzes, and competitions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Teaching: 2 years (preferred)
