Job Title: TGT Math

Location: Pune

Required Qualifications:

- **Educational Qualification**: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics or a related field; B.Ed. degree (Bachelor of Education) is mandatory.
- **Experience**: 1-2 years of teaching experience is often preferred.
- **Salary Range**: INR 45,001 to 50,000 per month.

Job Responsibilities:

- **Curriculum Delivery**:

- Plan and deliver lessons in mathematics, aligning with the school's curriculum and the CBSE/ICSE board requirements.
- Prepare lesson plans that engage students and promote critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Maintain a disciplined and positive learning environment.
- Encourage student participation and maintain classroom order.
- **Student Assessment**:

- Conduct regular assessments and tests to track student progress.
- Prepare and submit student performance reports, including grades and remarks.
- **Individualized Instruction**:

- Identify individual learning needs and provide additional support or resources where necessary.
- Work closely with students who require extra help in understanding concepts.
- **Parent Communication**:

- Engage with parents regarding their child’s progress and address any concerns.
- Attend parent-teacher meetings and communicate effectively with parents regarding student performance.
- **Extracurricular Activities**:

- Participate in and potentially organize extracurricular activities, workshops, or math clubs to stimulate interest in mathematics.
- Support school events and functions as needed.
- **Professional Development**:

- Stay updated on best practices in teaching methods, especially in math education.
- Attend professional development sessions, workshops, or additional training as recommended by the school.
- **Administrative Duties**:

- Maintain records of student attendance, performance, and other required administrative records.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff on joint initiatives and activities.

Skills & Competencies:

- **Strong Subject Knowledge**: Proficiency in mathematics up to the secondary school level.
- **Classroom Management**: Ability to manage large classes and maintain discipline.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- **Patience and Adaptability**: Ability to work with students with diverse abilities.
- **Technical Skills**: Familiarity with educational software or tools may be beneficial.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
