Currently we are having an urgent opening with one of our reputed clients in Pune. The company is into, **MANUFACTURING** **INDUSTRY **ISO Certified organization with offices and facilities across Maharashtra.

**No. of Position : -** 02. Male

**Position:

- ** CNC Bending machine operator.

**Location:

- ** Urse, Talegaon, Pune.

**Education Qualification**: Required minimum qualification ITI Machinist or experience of CNC Bending machine operating.

Responsible to handle activities in Bending process and work in area of

stainless steel fabrication (Multiskilled).

Skills Required: Required basic knowledge of Bending process, Able to do CNC

programming as per 2D / 3D drawings, Grinding and finishing process, Material handling, 5S

knowledge, production planning, coordination with internal departments, Experience of

working on Trumpf / Amada bending machine will be an added advantage

Experience Required: 2 - 3 years.

**Job Responsibility**:

- Ability to read and interpret mechanical documents and drawings.
- Operating of CNC press brake / bending machine
- Able to handle set up, tool change and preparation activities without any support
- Knowledge of preparing bending program.
- Awareness of raw material handing and stainless steel grade.
- Knowledge of measuring instruments and its use (Mainly related to bending process)
- Readiness to work in any area of fabrication (Multi Skill ability)
- Requires mínimal supervision to plan and schedule workload according to

production schedule to meet manufacturing needs.
- Problem solving ability and approach
- Follow all policies and procedure
- Clean work area,tools and equipments at end of shift.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Maintain 5S, shop floor discipline and initiate continuous improvement
- Controlling of daily consumable items

Other requirements:

- Knowledge of Kaizen, Continuous improvement, and 5S
- Flexible to work in shifts
- Teamwork
- Able to communicate better in local or English language
- Familiar with stainless steel fabrication process
