Job Title **:CNC Supervisor - CNC Bending & CNC Laser Cutting Sheet Metal**

**Location: Chakan**

**Reports to: Production Manager**

**Experience: 3 to 4 yrs**

**Salary : 35 to 40 k In Hand**

**Facility : Bus & Canteen**

**12 hours duty**

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Supervision : Lead, train, and mentor a team of CNC operators and machinists in the CNC Bending and Laser Cutting departments. Ensure that team members are well-equipped with the knowledge and tools to perform their tasks efficiently.
- **Machine Operation & Maintenance**: Oversee the setup, calibration, and operation of CNC bending and laser cutting machines, including [list specific machine types, e.g., Trumpf, Bystronic, Amada, etc.]. Ensure machines are operating at optimal levels, minimizing downtime.
- **Production Scheduling & Planning**: Coordinate daily production schedules, ensuring that work orders are completed on time and meet quality specifications. Allocate resources efficiently to meet production goals.
- **Quality Control**: Monitor product quality throughout the production process. Ensure that all parts meet engineering drawings and specifications. Implement quality checks and assist with the resolution of any quality issues.
- **Troubleshooting & Problem Solving**: Identify and resolve issues with CNC machines, tools, and parts, minimizing production disruptions. Troubleshoot and make necessary adjustments to CNC programming or machine setup to optimize performance.
- **Safety & Compliance**: Ensure compliance with all safety standards and company policies. Promote a culture of safety and enforce proper use of protective equipment and safe work practices.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Work with the team to identify areas for process improvement, cost reduction, and efficiency enhancements. Implement best practices and lean manufacturing principles.
- **Inventory & Materials Management**: Oversee the proper storage, handling, and usage of materials. Work closely with the materials department to ensure that required materials are available for production.
- **Documentation & Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of production logs, machine maintenance, and downtime reports. Report on departmental performance, including any delays, machine malfunctions, and quality issues.
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent required. Technical degree or certification in CNC machining, manufacturing, or related field preferred.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in CNC machine operation, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Proven experience with **CNC Bending** (e.g., press brakes) and **CNC Laser Cutting** (e.g., CO2, fiber lasers).
- Familiarity with various CNC programming languages (e.g., G-code, CAD/CAM software).
- **Technical Skills**:

- In-depth understanding of CNC machinery, tooling, and manufacturing processes.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics.
- **Leadership Skills**:

- Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team of technicians and operators.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- **Attention to Detail**: Ability to maintain a high standard of accuracy and precision in all aspects of production.
- **Safety & Compliance**: Knowledge of safety regulations and standards related to CNC operations, machinery, and manufacturing environments.
- **Computer Skills**: Proficient in basic office software (Word, Excel), and experience with CNC-related software for programming and machine control.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
