Inventory Control Executive

**POSITION KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
1. Inventory Management and Order Placement: Manage the inventory level for SKU not enabled under API. This involves day-to-day review of stock levels and need to place new orders. Orders are placed as per the requirement of stock levels and if any offline orders.
2. Order Placement and Code Upload in internal tool.
3. Invoice Management: Manage payment process for inventory placed. Collect the invoice and share with finance team. Once the finance team confirms the payment, communicate to the vendor.
4. API Balance Review: Review the balance time to time and request invoice for top-up, based on sales occurred in the past.
5. API Invoice Follow-up: Ensure top up of funds to API accounts to ensure fulfillment of orders
6. Ad-hoc queries: Ad-hoc queries include, voucher queries, payment failure which need the intervention of supplier. Communicate with vendor on resolution
7. Vendors’ Accounts Monitoring: Finance review on daily basis and ensure vendor payments
8. Communicate with various digital vendors worldwide: Ensuring the replenishment of stocks on timely basis and management of multiple brands across marketplaces.
**PROFILE**
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in inventory control / management / supply chain.
- Possess excellent personal organization and business administration skills in accordance with modern best practice methods
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills for a demanding and customer focused working environment.
- Organized, attention to details.
- Creative and flexible and able to adapt to the fast-paced environment
- Proficient on Excel.
- Fluent in English both oral and written is mandatory.
**Salary**: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
