**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lesson Planning and Instruction**:

- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities that promote learning in areas such as language development, math concepts, motor skills, and social skills.
- Use various teaching methods including storytelling, songs, art, and play to engage children and make learning enjoyable.
- Ensure that the curriculum aligns with the developmental milestones and the school’s educational standards.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Create a safe, clean, and positive learning environment where children feel comfortable and excited to learn.
- Set clear rules and routines to help children feel secure and develop a sense of responsibility.
- Manage behavior effectively, using positive reinforcement techniques to encourage good behavior and cooperation.
- **Individualized Attention and Development**:

- Provide individualized attention to each child, understanding their learning style, strengths, and areas for improvement.
- Foster social and emotional development by teaching children to share, express themselves, and resolve conflicts in a positive way.
- Support the development of fine and gross motor skills through age-appropriate activities like drawing, cutting, running, and jumping.
- **Assessment and Monitoring Progress**:

- Observe and assess children’s developmental progress through regular observation, assessments, and record-keeping.
- Document and track each child's achievements and challenges, adjusting lesson plans to meet the needs of all students.
- Provide parents with regular updates on their child’s progress, addressing any concerns or areas where additional support may be needed.
- **Parent Communication and Collaboration**:

- Build strong relationships with parents and guardians to foster a sense of trust and teamwork.
- Conduct parent-teacher conferences to discuss children’s development and offer advice on how to support learning at home.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding important classroom events, progress, and any behavioral or developmental concerns.
- **Creating a Stimulating Environment**:

- Set up learning stations and activity areas that are age-appropriate and encourage hands-on exploration.
- Incorporate sensory play, arts and crafts, music, and movement into daily routines to engage children in learning and creative expression.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing classroom that promotes independence and curiosity.
- **Health and Safety**:

- Ensure children’s safety by supervising them closely during activities, both inside the classroom and during outdoor play.
- Monitor children’s health and well-being, administering first aid when necessary and following proper health and safety protocols.
- Teach children basic hygiene habits such as handwashing, brushing teeth, and using tissues appropriately.
- **Professional Development**:

- Attend workshops, training, and professional development courses to stay updated on the latest trends in early childhood education.
- Collaborate with other educators to share ideas and strategies for improving teaching practices and enhancing children’s learning experiences.
- Stay informed about relevant policies, procedures, and best practices in early childhood education.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
