Office Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring a smooth workflow and efficient administrative support.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives and staff.
- Maintain and update company records, databases, and filing systems.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Oversee office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Support HR functions, including onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records.
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and other external stakeholders, ensuring a professional and positive image of the company.
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and training sessions.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required.
**Qualifications**:
- 12th pass or Any Graduate
- Proven experience as an Office Executive, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office management software.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work under pressure.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
**Must Have**
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
Supplemental Pay:
- Performance bonus
**Education**:
- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
**Experience**:
