Job Title: Mechanical Draftsman (Boiler Industry)

Thermodyne Engineering Systems, a leading Steam Boiler manufacturer specializing in fuel-efficient and customized design Boilers, is seeking a talented and dynamic Process Coordinator to join our team at our Ghaziabad factory. As a Process Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing various processes and ensuring smooth operations within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
Drafting and Design: Create detailed 2D and 3D drawings of boiler components, including pressure vessels, heat exchangers, piping systems, and structural supports, using CAD software such as AutoCAD or SolidWorks.

Technical Documentation: Prepare technical specifications, bills of materials, and other documentation necessary for the manufacturing and assembly of boiler systems.

Collaboration: Work closely with engineers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand design requirements and incorporate feedback into draft designs.

Quality Assurance: Ensure that all drawings and specifications comply with industry standards, codes, and regulations, such as ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code, ASTM standards, and customer requirements.

Review and Revise: Review drawings and designs for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project requirements. Make revisions and updates as necessary throughout the design process.

Communication: Communicate effectively with team members and project stakeholders to clarify design intent, address concerns, and resolve technical issues.

Prototype Support: Provide support during the prototype and testing phases, including the interpretation of drawings, troubleshooting design issues, and implementing design changes as needed.

Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization in drafting and design processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.

**Requirements**:
Diploma degree in Mechanical from a recognized university.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.

Strong organizational and time management skills, with a keen eye for detail.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

Proactive mindset with the ability to identify and resolve issues promptly.

**Salary**: 18000 to 30000

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
