**Position Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities**:

- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML research or applied scientist roles, with a focus on developing and implementing AI/ML algorithms and models.
- Proficiency in programming languages like Python, and experience with libraries/frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
- Proficiency pyspark or spark.
- Proficiency AWS (Amazon Web Services) Clous.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong publication record and active participation in AI/ML research communities and conferences is highly desirable.

**Position Education and Experience (required and preferred)**:

- Ph.D. or master's degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field. A strong academic background is preferred.

**Position Responsibilities**:

- Conduct research and stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI/ML, including areas such as deep learning, natural language processing, computer vision, reinforcement learning, and probabilistic modelling.
- Document research findings, methodologies, and algorithms in technical papers, patents, and internal knowledge repositories.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, academic research, and emerging AI/ML technologies to continuously enhance expertise and propose innovative ideas.
- Evaluate and compare different AI/ML approaches and techniques, experiment with various architectures, and provide recommendations based on empirical results.
- Implement and optimize AI/ML algorithms using programming languages (such as Python, TensorFlow, or PyTorch).
- Collect, pre process, and analyze large-scale datasets to train and evaluate AI/ML models, ensuring the quality and integrity of the data.
- Actively participate in academic conferences, workshops, and AI/ML communities to share knowledge, present research, and foster collaborations.
