Junior Accounts Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in recording day-to-day financial transactions
- Support in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Perform reconciliations of bank statements, accounts payable, and receivable
- Help maintain general ledger accounts and post journal entries
- Support payroll processing and statutory filings (e.g., tax, GST, TDS)
- Verify and process expense claims, invoices, and vendor payments
- Assist with audits, both internal and external
- Maintain accurate and organized financial documentation
- Follow up on outstanding payments and assist in credit control
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 0-2 years of experience in an accounting or finance role (internships included)
- Basic understanding of accounting principles (as per Indian Tax Laws)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally & Zoho)
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication skills and a team-player attitude

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience using ERP or accounting platforms (Zoho & Tally)
- Knowledge of tax compliance and regulatory reporting
