**Job Purpose**
We are seeking an experienced Market Research Manager to lead market research efforts for our digital solutions and AI portfolio.
This role will focus on identifying industry trends, competitive dynamics, and client needs to support the growth and positioning of our AI-driven solutions.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Market Intelligence: Conduct in-depth research on the digital solutions and AI landscape, identifying key trends, emerging technologies, and market opportunities. Provide regular reports to inform strategic decisions.
- Customer Insights: Develop and manage a voice of the customer programme focused on understanding client pain points, needs, and preferences for AI-driven solutions. Ensure insights directly influence product roadmaps and go-to-market strategies.
- Competitive Analysis: Perform detailed analyses of competitors in the digital solutions and AI space, assessing strengths, weaknesses, pricing, and positioning to support product marketing and sales teams.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the strategy team to align research findings with broader business goals and product marketing efforts, ensuring a unified approach to market positioning.
- Reporting and Communication: Create comprehensive research reports and presentations for senior leadership, translating complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- AI and Tech Focus: Stay informed about advancements in AI and digital transformation trends, providing thought leadership and recommendations for how these can enhance our product offerings.
**Key Competencies**
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in B2B market research with a focus on digital solutions or AI, within financial services or technology sectors.
- Skills: Strong analytical skills and experience with market research tools and methodologies, including data analysis and forecasting across both qual and quant research methods.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including product marketing, strategy, and sales.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
