The Packaging Material Procurement Executive is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and managing the procurement of packaging materials required for production. The role ensures cost-effective, timely, and high-quality procurement aligned with production and business needs while maintaining supplier relationships and compliance with quality and sustainability standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and source packaging materials (e.g., bottles, cartons, labels, films, foils) as per production requirements.
- Manage supplier relationships, ensuring timely deliveries and adherence to quality standards.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with vendors to achieve cost savings.
- Collaborate with production, quality assurance, R&D, and warehouse teams to forecast material needs.
- Monitor market trends and alternative suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and availability.
- Maintain and update procurement records, including purchase orders, invoices, and supplier performance reports.
- Ensure packaging materials meet regulatory, environmental, and sustainability standards.
- Coordinate with the logistics team for timely delivery and inventory management.
- Participate in supplier audits and evaluations.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the procurement process.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Packaging Material Development, or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in procurement, preferably in packaging materials.
- Strong knowledge of packaging materials used in [Beauty & Personal Care/ FMCG / Food & Beverage / Pharma / etc.].
- Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with sustainable and eco-friendly packaging sourcing.
- Understanding of supply chain risks and vendor compliance.
- Certification in procurement (e.g., CIPS, CPSM) is a plus.

Pay: ₹10,219.36 - ₹34,623.49 per month
