Will be responsible to maintain existing business and grow business relationships with current clients and assist in bringing new clients on board
- Developing effective communication platforms for client Queries and Interaction
- Offering advice to clients on services and products.
- Ability to think out of the box creative ideas
- Provide regular updates to clients on the progress of customer service projects and campaigns that directly affect each client
- Mastermind creative ways to deliver an exceptional client experience
- Develop and oversee the implementation of client service protocols
- Resolve complex client problems or disputes in a professional manner
- Manage and conduct events according to the specifications and requirements of the client

**Qualifications**:

- Business degree or related qualification.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal in English. Should be able to speak Hindi and Malayalam fluently
- Knowledge of MS Office is a must
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to anticipate the needs of customers
- Must demonstrate strong analytical thinking skills and should be able to make sound judgement calls
- Superior organizational and time management skills with ability to meet deadlines
- Innovative, creative thinking skills to ensure the organization is providing a cutting-edge client experience
- Pleasant personality with a Calm, polite, and professional behaviour.
- Reliable and self-motivated.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
