**Job description**

**Role & responsibilities**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Outbound Responsibilities**:_
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads.
- Introduce and promote our products/services, effectively communicating value propositions.
- Engage in conversations to understand customer needs and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling& Provide quotation to customer ,
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow up as necessary.
- **Inbound Responsibilities**:_
- Answer incoming calls from customers, addressing inquiries, and providing information about products/services.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.

**Qualifications**
- B.tech in electrical, electronics /diploma in electronics/ & electrical /simple B.A is also prefer.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in tele calling, customer service, or sales.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle objections.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
