**Job Description**:
ABOUT THIS JOB

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain an effective relationship with local and global Operations teams and our Technology partners in Application Development and Infrastructure to identify, manage and close issues.
- Accountable for the resolution and management of Outputs Production Support Sales Force tickets
- Responsible for the raising of ServiceNow tickets for Outputs issues.
- Participate in regular calls with App Dev and Infrastructure to assess the impacts on Operations of their proposed activities. Communicate the impacts to the Operations teams, facilitate the negotiation of outage windows and represent/coordinate Operations during implementation activities.
- Ensure appropriate communication and escalation of issues to relevant senior stakeholders.
- Manage a close relationship with Enablement, Process Owners and Operations leaders to ensure we maintain high quality deliverables and our delivery standards are met or exceeded. High levels of customer satisfaction on product content must be met.

A LITTLE BIT ABOUT YOU

A successful Global Production Support Executive has to ensure that there is timely closure of all the CIP Output related issues raised using standard tools. There are no or mínimal delays in the deadlines provided. S/he will have met or exceeded expectations on all deliverables, metrics and ensure solid controls are in place and functioning.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree in related fields
- Minimum of 2 - 3 years of experience in operations

Knowledge and Expertise
- Extensive knowledge of operational processes, systems and SOPs
- Middle management level skills
- Technology background, good E2E knowledge
- Analytical skills
- Knowledge of Nielsen operational processes, systems, SOPs would be a plus
- Communicate effectively to all level of the business
- Keep up with new Functionalities/Developments in Output

Interpersonal
- Ability and willingness to learn and drive improvement
- Effective problem solving
- Ability to work effectively and collaboratively across functions, departments, geographies and cultures
- Business effective in the English language - written and verbal
- Effective communication, negotiation skills, both verbal and written
